The Hines VA Outreach Team
The Edward Hines Jr. VAMC outreach team will be in Channahon at the Village Hall enrolling Veterans and answering questions about VA health care on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 from 10am - 2pm. The team will be at the village hall at 24555 S. Navajo Drive, Channahon, IL.
The outreach team coordinator along with a VA nurse and a veteran service officer from the Grundy County VAC will be on-site.
For the next couple of outreach events the VA will also be offering seasonal flu shots to eligible veterans. Information about other vaccinations will be available from the nurse.
This event is open to all veterans, no registration is required.
