Join us for, "Metal detecting is saving history, one hole at a time," by Keven Barkley. A metal detector is an electronic instrument which detects the present of metal. They are useful in finding hidden objects buried underground, yet they are sometimes found undetected by the eye on the surface of the ground. Kevin Barkley will share his experience with metal detecting at the Grundy County Museum on Tue., Sept. 24, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. The museum is located at 510 W. Illinois Avenue in Morris, IL.
