Grundy Luncheon 2/23/2017
The Grundy County Health Department will speak about the changes in the health department over the past 3 years, the new and continued services available at the health department as well as special projects such as Tobacco-Free Parks in our communities, Youth Mental Health First Aid and Healthy Families.
They also will talk about their recent IPLAN (Illinois Project for Local Assessment of Needs) that was completed in partnership with Morris Hospital and the health department's Strategic Plan developed in 2016.
