GRUNDY COUNTY CAREGIVER SUPPORT GROUP
The Gardens at Park Pointe is pleased to announce that we have partnered with the Grundy County Health Department-Senior Programs Division to host their monthly Grundy County Caregiver Support Group meeting at the Gardens.
The group provides support for caregivers providing care for seniors who suffer from any type of physical or mental impairment such as Alzheimer’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, or cancer.
(Light refreshments will be served)
