Grief Support Group

Open to anyone who has experienced the death of a loved one.  The group provides a comfortable environment in which the participant, can share about the challenges of their grief journey without judgment.

There will be topics related to help facilitate exploration of the thoughts and emotions associated with grief and discussion of what does and doesn’t help.
