Domestic Servants of the 19th Century Program at Canal Corridor

SPEAKER: Illinois Road Scholar Erika Holst of Springfield. She is the curator of collections at the Springfield Art Association of Edwards Place and will guide guests on a journey through an under-appreciated segment of history.
MENU: Choice of Lasagna or Raspberry Balsamic Cornish Hen on a bed of wild rice and seasonal vegetables. Both entrees include Strawberry Pecan salad w/balsamic vinaigrette, garlic breadsticks, angel food cake. Selection of beers and wines available at cash bar.
